I needed help finding a item and the guy in the green vest just now 9:35am June 30th 2026, was told I was needing help instead of helping me he walked away to the services desk, I will never spend my money here again the guy and the green vest should be wrote up or fired! That's how you lose customers!!!

Terrible return policies. Make sure you waste your time entering your email and number everytime you make a purchase or they won’t take anything back without a receipt. Purchase history on your Lowe’s account also isn’t good enough apparently. Typical corporate policies putting customers last. Thousands of dollars spent on materials and they won’t accept $250 in never opened surplus back “because of recent theft issues” 👎🏻

I had been trying to place an order for deck materials online but the website would log me out after pushing the order button. After logging back on, my cart would be empty and I would have to go through the process all over again. After several attempts I decided to call and place the order. After the usual automated garbage you have to go through I got transferred to the pro desk I think. I sat on hold for 40 minutes before the call was dropped. Called back and asked for the manager, a girl answered without identifying herself calling me by my last name like she knew me. I asked who she was, she stated “katelyn” I asked again who she was, I was hung up on. Called back, same story, this time she told me she worked in tools. I got her to transfer me to a manager I think, told him I was trying to place an order and had been jerked around for several hours. Got hung up on again. I'm done with Jonesboro lowes. Paragould put in the effort to help me, bless them.

This place is a joke! As a veteran, I love using my discount cause it lowers the price which in turn puts a little extra money back in my pockets. However, every time I ask for it, EVERY cashier acts like they have to go out of their way to enter the information AND I usually get an eye roll or a big sigh from them. Furthermore, we applied for a Lowe’s card, which we got approved for a $2k credit limit. Then a few months later, they decreased it to $200, then a couple months later, decreased it to $180. Then two weeks ago we got an email saying they are canceling our card cause we haven’t used it. First of all, if your prices weren’t so damn high or had what we were looking for, we would have used it more. Apparently they don’t respect Veterans, in fact they use to have several parking spaces for Veterans. Now there’s only four (two on one isle and two on the other isle). If this is how customers and veterans are going to be treated, we sure as hell won’t shop here anymore and will be taking our business elsewhere to Home Depot where employees ACTUALLY treat customers and veterans with respect and dignity!
